Instructions

1. Connect to the Internet. Make sure you have an Internet connection available to update Internet Explorer.
2. Click on the “Start” button located on the bottom left of your computer screen.
3. Click on “All Programs” or you can hold the mouse pointer over it to open it, if you have Microsoft Windows XP.
4. Select “Windows Update”, which will be in the first (left side) pane of listed installed programs. You may have to then select “Check for Updates”. This opens the Microsoft Update page.

7. Click on “Install Updates” to download. You may have to select “Run” (or “Save” if you want to save a copy of them) to begin the process.
